VWL 2026 AGM

NOMINATIONS FOR THE VWL 2026/2027 VOTING EXECUTIVE ARE NOW OPEN UNTIL 4 NOVEMBER 2026

Ahead of VWL’s Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 24 November 2026 (formal notice to follow) and in accordance with VWL’s Rules of Association, VWL is now seeking nominations for its Voting Executive Committee for 2026–2027.

All positions on the Executive Committee will be declared vacant at the AGM and elections will be held for those positions.

Nominations must be submitted in advance of the AGM and will not be accepted after 5:00pm on Wednesday 4 November 2026.

If you are considering a role on the Voting Executive Committee, please submit the Nomination Form by this date.

To nominate, you must be a current ordinary member and have been a member for at least 12 months. Only current ordinary members are eligible to nominate and to vote at the AGM. If you have not yet renewed your membership for the 2026/2027 financial year, VWL encourages you to do so now.

If you wish to stand for nomination, please complete the Nomination Form and return it, with a resume of no more than 100 words, to VWL Secretary Zefy Souvlakis at [email protected] by 5:00pm Wednesday 4 November 2026.

The attached Roles and Responsibilities sets out the current Executive Committee roles. Full position descriptions for each role will be uploaded here soon to help you consider which role is right for you.
